Introduction
Cobalt Holidays is comitted to protecting and respecting your privacy, whilst endevouring to provide you with the very best experince. We work hard to keep your information safe and secure. We maintain and follow strict procedures to ensure that any information that you provide us does not get misused. We ensure that we only collect the information nesessary for your stay.
This privacy policy (and any other documents that we may refer to) explain in detail the types of personal data that we may collect from you. Please ensure that you read this policy carefully so you understand why we need to collect the data that we do. Who are we?
Well it would be rude of use to ask you to provide us with your information without first telling you who we are.
Cobalt Holidays is an independant, family run, holiday home provider. We formed in 2020 in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. We were looking for a place to escape the stress of life. We fell in love with the North Yorkshire coast and decided to call it home.
Throughout this document we will refer to Cobalt Holidays as 'we' or 'us' to keep things simple.

Below are some examples as to why we may use your personal data. When using your personal data we ensure that its kept secure at all times
to process your booking or any additional services that you may purchase from us.
When processing your order we may have to pass information to 3rd parties for payment processing and fraud prevention.
when responding to any queries that you have, process any refuned requests. The information that we retrieve will only be relevant to the query that you have.
We may pass your details on to authorised 3rd party companies to protect us against fraud. The datails that we pass on will help us ensure that your account stays safe and secure

How do we protect your data?
All information is securly stored on our servers and is only accessable using passwords. We recommend all customers regularly change your password and ensure that it is a secure password that is hard to guess.
We regularly monitor our systems for any possible security vulnerabilities and ensure that all traffic to and from the server is protected via https.
